The new features of Apendo Participant version 3.1 is doing encryption process to one folder. Before doing encryption process, you have to createa folder with a specific name and then save all of the files offer document into that folder
You can use folder name with specific format “Company name-Auction ID”, for example the folder name CV Angin Perubahan – 1000 and etc .

Save all of your offer file document into folder you have created .
After preparation of folder with offer file document done, next click Select Folder button on the Apendo Participant.
Select one folder on open dialogue Select Directory, and then click button Select Folder .
All of file offer document in the folder that you choose will be displayed on List File which will be encoded .
To clear list of files that will be encoded, click Delete Listbutton. So you can choose another folder that will be encrypted .
